Sausage Dinner

Just a quick, simple post for today on a yummy dinner I inhaled a few weeks ago. I am thinking this will go down well for tomorrow nights meal too.
The other day I bought some organic purple carrots from Jeffers Markets. I had never eaten purple carrots before, but they tasted just like orange carrots but they are purple. It was quite exciting! It was definitely tasty and fresh.
GREEN SALAD
- Baby spinach leaves
- Organic purple carrots sliced with a mandolin
- Chia seeds to sprinkle
- Spring onion, sliced
- Fresh coriander leaves
- 1/2 fresh lime juice
- grapeseed oil to drizzle
WARM FOOD – cooked in grapeseed oil
- Sausages filled with herbs (organic and free range from Wurtulla Butchers) and cooked with group up cumin
- Free range and organic eggs sprinkles with himalayan salt and pepper


Making this tonight, was keen to try purple carrots as they where all over the farmers markets……and who doesn’t like sausages and eggs for dinner :0)
